Two Nights Holiday Package
Day 1
Meet and greet at airport for transfer to hotel by guide who will assist with check in at hotel.
After lunch a relaxed guided tour of the Mighty Victoria Falls viewing the falls from 16 different viewpoints and if we are lucky we get to spot bushbuck and the banded mongoose in the rainforest which is a haven of birds for birders.
From the falls we will pass through the Big Tree for some photographic memoirs so named because of its historical significance to the settlers as it was a meeting point which makes it of great importance. It is aged 1000-1500years old and is majestic in size.
After the majestic photographic tour we go to the jetty site for our Spectacular Zambezi Sunset Cruise where we get to have a relaxed river safari on the mighty Zambezi river. We will get the chance to see hippos wallowing and swimming in the shallow waters, sometimes we see elephants crossing the river or on the famous Siloka island. Drinks and snacks will be served on board full bar and soft drinks available.
Day 2
Early morning wake up call for our game walk . Our guide will pick us up at hotel and take us to Lion Encounter where we will get a chance to interact with the King of the Jungle. At Lion walk you will be able to walk with the lions as part of the pride and also be able to see how these majestic beasts get to adjust to the environment. On arrival you will be served with refreshments and you will be provided with breakfast for the morning walk.
From the Lion walk we go for our helicopter flight, the Flight of Angels so named by David Livingstone when he first saw the falls and in amazement believed that it could only be a sight that was “gazed upon by angels in flight” . Our flight will take us over the falls and for those that want the longer one it will take us over the falls and the Batoka Gorges.
After the flight of angels we go to the hotel to prepare for our royal dinner. Tonight we will take the historic train tour on the famous Cape to Cairo Route which will take us to the Victoria Falls bridge for sundowners and watch the famous African sunset thereafter the train will go to the outskirts of Victoria Falls town and goes to Jafuta Conservancy where game such as elephants, antelope are often sighted on the way.
Over night at hotel after dinner.
Day 3
Today we will be having a more cultural tours day where will get to experience Africa at its best. We begin the morning with a village tour where will get to go and spend the morning in the village and visit the primary school and even participate in some of the daily activities.
Lunch will either be at home or a traditional restaurant of your choice
After lunch we go to the market where you will find the local women selling their wares and the men selling their crafts. Get a chance to practice your negotiating skills as well as promote the local home industries.
Return to hotel for freshening up in preparation of our farewell Boma dinner.
Pick up at 1850hrs for Boma Dinner on arrival you will get to be welcomed by the hostesses who will show us our table. Before we begin dinner we get the chance of consulting with a traditional healer n’anga who will foretell our future.
After that we get to indulge our taste buds in the famous traditional buffet, be sure to try out the various game meet and the Mopani worms. After dinner we get to join in the drumming session and test our artistic side in dance and drumplaying.
Overnght at hotel
Day 4
Check out of hotel and transfer to airport for our flight back home. Be sure to carry as many memories as possible.
